Jutsu description:the name of this jutsu is created to be disleading in the point that there mind is still there own and the user simply takes control of the victums body by manipulating a chakra line to touch skin once contact is made dirrect or inderect trhough metal objects only the user can send small lightning stricks from their hand to the victoms body and tell their nervs what to do or interfear with signals alredy sent by the brain
the skill it takes to do this jutsu is E but the fact remains that one must understadn what signals t send hwo to stop signals and the right amount of electricity it takes to control them makeing the user exibit a huge amoutn of chakra control and concentraion moveing it up to S
